1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Payya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Payya is a subscription management tool designed to help you track your recurring payments. The application provides two modes of operation:
- Guest Mode: Your data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
- Cloud Sync: Your data is synchronized via Supabase to allow access across multiple devices. This requires the creation of an account.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Payya. Payya does not connect to your bank accounts; all data entry is manual. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device and, if using Cloud Sync, your account credentials.
4. No Financial Advice
The information provided by Payya is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the information in the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Payya, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Payya and its creators and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Payya or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
