Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Payya mobile app and this website, provided by Helio Labs. By using Payya you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Payya helps you keep track of your subscriptions and reminds you before they renew. It does not pay, cancel or manage subscriptions with the companies that provide them, and it does not connect to your bank.

Your account

You can use Payya as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the information you enter. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt our servers, reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use Payya for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

No financial advice

Totals, dates and reminders are calculated from what you enter. Always check renewal dates and amounts with the provider. We are not responsible for charges you incur, including when a reminder is missed because notifications are turned off or a date was entered incorrectly.

Logos and trademarks

Company logos are provided by Brandfetch and belong to their owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Payya available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms we will update the date above, and continued use means you accept the new terms.

Liability

Payya is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Helio Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

App stores

If you downloaded Payya from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Google Play's terms apply to downloads from Google Play.
